People generally make more than one Gmail account their professional and personal life to alienate. Basically, Google, Google Talk And Gmail Accounts simultaneously to their customers in more than one instance does not allow you to open. The trick using Google Talk as you can run multiple instances. Windows 7 I tested it and it should work on Windows XP and Vista.
